Beyond her entrepreneurial background, Darci has made a lasting impact as a mentor and advisor to the next generation of beauty professionals. Community at the Core
Darci has been a major part of her community’s fashion and beauty industry. She was the beauty sponsor for six of Main Line Fashion Week’s shows. She remains a member of the CEW.org, Cosmetic Executive Women Organization. In recent years, Darci has served as an intern advisor at the Philadelphia Art Institute & Immaculata University. She previously served on Philadelphia Art Institute's Fashion Advisory Council, and Talbot's Corporate Advisory Board. One of Darci's passions is her college internship program. She has mentored, graded and advised 20 college students from five local colleges & universities.
Her work has been featured in Chester County Life magazine, Main Line Today magazine, and the covers of Main Line Health Source. She has worked with global companies such as McCormick spices, Saint-Gobain, and Brandywine Realty Trust.

Darci is all about building client confidence and her “Get the Look” training is broken down into three lifestyle looks:
1.) A No Makeup~ Makeup Look. 2.) A Business/Luncheon Look 3.) A Glam/Evening Out Look These three different looks actually build on each other so once you get the basic steps down, you can create individuality with a variety shades and colors. It is also important that you are selecting the proper products and know exactly how to use them. Our products are made with the highest quality in the USA.
